Massage is a pleasurable experience. It increases your body self-awareness and sensitivity, reduces your stress, tension and anxiety levels, calms the nervous system, relaxes, focuses and clears your mind, helps to improve and maintain your posture, helps to fulfill your need for a caring and nurturing touch, encourages self-esteem and a general feeling of well-being and improves your emotional awareness.

Our History

Oceans Massage & Spa opened its doors in 1999 and was founded by Dr. Beverly Byers and her daughters, Lorri Byers Clark and Kasey Byers. Byers, Clark & Byers are licensed massage therapists (LMT), as well as licensed massage therapy instructors (MTI). Each has extensive training in a variety of bodywork modalities, including MotherMassage®, Hot Rock Therapy, Myofascial Release, Massage for Cancer Survivors, Craniosacral Therapy, and many others. Oceans has a staff of educated professionals that are dedicated to providing you with the ultimate experience.

Initially massage therapy was the only service offered. Over the years, we have expanded our menu to now include skin care services, body treatments, pedicures & manicures. We also offer specialty retail items that are natural or organic in nature that are also available for purchase.

Our Massage School

Started in June 1999, Oceans Massage Therapy School was opened to educate students on the principles and techniques of therapeutic massage as a way to enhance and promote health and healing in a professional manner. The school is committed to excellence in a supportive, comfortable, learning environment.
